Trust your own judgement, and they will trust it too. Demonstrate to them that you’re in it together. A strong leader provides clarity when others are lost. Much of this comes down to how you communicate. Are your teammembers more of a sit-down and discuss kind of group? Do they need the solutions written down on paper? Understand how they communicate and speak their language. Nothing says dependable like a leader willing to work with you on your level.
