What-Franchise-Issue-20.3
My journey with GLO30 started long before I became a franchise owner . I’ve been a fan of GLO30 for 11 years and even worked with them at one point as their public relations representative. I got to know the founders, their vision, and their innovative approach to skincare, and as a client myself I experienced firsthand the incredible results of their treatments. When I heard they were franchising, I knew it was the perfect fit. My confidence in taking this leap with GLO30 came frommy deep relationship with the brand and my belief in what they offer. It wasn’t a desire to go into franchising that brought me to GLO30, but a desire to be a part of GLO30 that brought me into franchising. I never wanted to be limited to just one avenue in my career. While I love working in entertainment, I’ve always looked for ways to diversify my path and build something that lasts beyond my TV years. GLO30 allows me to do that while staying connected to something I genuinely care about – beauty, skincare, and empowering others to feel confident in their own skin. The most rewarding part has been seeing clients experience the same excitement and confidence boost I felt when I first became a GLO30 member. Watching people walk out of my studio feeling amazing about their skin – that makes it all worthwhile. I’ve been very hands-on in the business, especially in these early stages . I’m involved in day-to-day operations, making sure everything runs smoothly, and my team has the support they need. Eventually, I’d love to expand to more locations and grow the business, but that would mean stepping back from the daily operations, so I’m building up to that. Remember the saying, closed mouths don’t get fed? Most of my successes have come from sharing my goals with the right people and asking for advice, information, and referrals. I’ve found that people in franchising are more than happy to help, so take their advice and lean on those who’ve been there before you. Also, don’t be afraid to start small. Social media can make business ownership look easy but success comes with time and effort. In 5-10 years, I see myself continuing to growwith GLO30 and exploring new opportunities – whether in business, television, or something entirely different. Wherever my path leads, I know I want to keep evolving, pushing myself, and making an impact. Morning must-have? Glo Globes (facial ice rollers) Biggest business pet peeve?
